Client Services, Inc. a stable and growing St Charles financial services firm is seeking an Accounting Manager. To qualify for this position the candidate should have the following qualities:
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
· Experience with Microsoft Dynamics SL (Solomon) preferred.
· Experience with QuickBooks and ADP payroll a plus.
· Experience working with A/R, A/P, G/L and payroll functions.
· Performs special projects as required and assigned.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word.
· Attention to detail, strong verbal and communication skills.
· Must have strong analytical skills, including the ability to obtain and produce timely and accurate financial reports.
· Must be hands-on with the ability to work independently as well as interacting and working with other team members.
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize concurrent projects and have excellent organization skills.
· A strategic thinker and planner who can identify business needs and recommend solutions.
· Have a flexible attitude, and be able to function in a rapidly growing and ever changing company.
